We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within the United States:

  • Orders of $99.00 and above: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $99.00: A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 USD will be applied at checkout.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

To ensure all hardware is inspected and securely packaged, please refer to the following timeline:

  • Order Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 6 - 12 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7 - 15 Business Days.

*Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24-48 hours. You can monitor your package via the carrier's official website.

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of our premium products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.

5. SHIPMENT DAMAGES

Suntechorg is responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@suntechorg.com.
