Return & Refund Policy

At Suntechorg, we stand behind the quality of our premium hardware. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@suntechorg.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Suntechorg will bear all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
• Personal Reasons: If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., you changed your mind or no longer need the item), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly due to our error. We do not offer exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color selected). If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.

5. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. However, items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund.

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
